When you book a cleaning through our website or phone line, you are entering a verbal agreement based on the quoted scope. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% service fee. Less than 12 hours notice results in a full charge.
Liability & Insurance
EverCleanTeam carries general liability insurance to protect your property against accidental damage caused by our staff. However, our coverage has specific limits. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, unstable installations, or items not secured per our preparation guide.
In the event of an incident, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. Claims filed after this window may not be eligible for coverage. We document every job with checklists and photos to ensure transparency and resolve disputes fairly.
